At Flōrēre Digital, my philosophy is rooted in the belief that every moment holds the potential to bloom into something extraordinary, and every frame is an opportunity for creativity to truly flourish.

Hi, I'm Lena.


Originally from the West Coast, I made the move to Kelowna in 2011 after high school to pursue a business degree. But after a couple of years in post-secondary, I felt the pull to follow a different path. I ventured into the healthcare field, eventually choosing dentistry as my career. It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, and I’m still passionate about my work in dental. However, the urge for my creative side will always be there.. and that's how Florere Digital blossomed.


From a young age, I loved capturing moments through the lens, and in recent years, I've reignited that spark and turned it into something more. This business allows me to merge my creativity with storytelling, and I’m excited to continue growing in this space day by day.


Outside of my career, I’m all about embracing life’s simple pleasures: spending time with my husband and our pup, Nova, is my idea of the best days. As a dog mom, there’s never a dull moment at home. Speaking of mom, I am a now a human mum myself, with a baby boy on the way! While this is all new to me, I am so excited to start on this new journey with my family and never felt so "complete".


Travel is another huge passion of mine. I’ve always loved exploring new places, experiencing different cultures and trying new culinary dishes.

When I'm not traveling or behind the camera, I try to keep up with my husband’s enthusiasm for the outdoors, and I know he is going to be so excited to have a little dude right by his side to do all the fun things with.


Speaking of my husband, he now owns his own business in the construction crane business and we’re navigating the challenges of being new business owners together. It’s a rewarding experience, and while there are definitely hurdles, it’s incredible to see him thrive and build something of his own.

Between my dental career, Flōrēre Digital, and supporting my husband in his business, and expecting a baby boy in 2026, life is busy but so fulfilling. Every day brings something new to appreciate, and I’m grateful for the journey I’m on.


I believe that storytelling is about connection. It bridges gaps between individuals, communities and even generations. Through stories, we find common ground, empathy, and understanding. The art of storytelling through photography allows us to step into someone else’s shoes and experience the world from a perspective other than our own.
